Shipping Info


Shipping times:

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day.

Shipping times are between 3-14 business days (depending on the shipping method and location you choose at checkout).

All shipments are insured and tracked with tracking numbers provided.

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. Therefore, we are not guaranteeing delivery dates.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If incorrect and missing information exists, we may be required to contact you to update the information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear the package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Depending on your area, your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Your local post service will deliver most orders, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are away when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card to advise how and where your delivery can be collected.



Tracking Your Order:

We will send you a link with your tracking information to your E-mail when the order has been fulfilled. Click on the link, and it will direct you to where your order is.

You should see tracking events within 24-48 hours after you have received the tracking number.

If your shipping status has stayed the same, it may be delayed.

Delivery time delays can be due to weather incidents, customs, or backlogs. Please note that tracking information is available only after your order has been shipped.
